Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens when I reach my query limit?
Your queries for the month are used up. You can upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the next billing cycle. No overage charges.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any paid plan. After that, you can cancel but won't receive a prorated refund for the remaining period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
What AI models are included?
All plans use the same 4 AI providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok). The specific models may be updated as providers release improvements.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your queries are never shared with other users, never used for training, and never appear in public features. Each query is processed independently.
What happens when I hit my query limit?
You'll be notified when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, you can upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing cycle for your queries to reset.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
